The Story Behind Hibachi Kanji

Hibachi Kanji Events started with two friends, one shared passion and a simple idea: great food has the power to bring people together.

What began around the grill became something bigger — an experience built around food, fire, entertainment and connection.

Today, we bring that experience directly to homes and private events, creating memorable celebrations where your guests don't just watch dinner being prepared… they become part of the show.

Before We Fire Up the Grill — A Few Things to Know

  • Full-service packages require a minimum of 12 guests.
  • Food-only catering requires a minimum of 10 guests.
  • Proudly serving the Greater Houston area. Travel charges may apply outside our standard radius.
  • Events with more than 25 guests may require an additional chef.
  • Guests provide their preferred beverages.
  • Please inform us in advance of any allergies or dietary restrictions.
  • Advance booking is recommended, especially for weekends and holidays.
  • Your event date is confirmed once the required deposit has been completed.

Questions Before You Book

Yes. Your full-service Hibachi Kanji experience includes the hibachi grill and the equipment needed to prepare your meal on-site.

Tables and chairs are included with our full-service experiences according to your selected package and event arrangements.

Yes. Premium and Gold packages include your choice of 2 dipping sauces — ginger, honey mustard, yummy yummy or teriyaki — plus napkin color and table setup upgrades (table runner for Premium, elegant setup with real flowers for Gold).

You provide the location, your guests and your preferred beverages. We'll coordinate the remaining event requirements with you before your celebration.

Yes. Full-service experiences require a minimum of 12 guests. Food-only catering requires a minimum of 10 guests.

Absolutely. We offer special pricing for children under 12 depending on the selected package.

Please let us know about allergies or dietary restrictions before the event so we can review the available options with you.

We serve our primary service area and surrounding communities. Additional travel charges may apply depending on your event location.

Submit your event information and complete the required deposit once availability has been confirmed. Your date is not officially reserved until the deposit has been received.
